ACCESS CONSIDERATIONS

For safety reasons, you must be able to board the boat unassisted. As the pictures illustrate, this could involve stepping up 18 inches onto a box and then stepping up another 18" and then over 26 inches from the box onto the boat deck.

The Captain or Mate has the final responsibility to determine whether or not you can board unassisted and they have the safety obligation to deny you boarding if they determine that you may not be able to board unassisted in an emergency.

There are no refunds for sailing fees for those unable to board unassisted.
